I'm sharing it with you - my dear readers - before anyone else.

What is 30 Days of Calm?

You'll get one short lesson delivered to your email inbox, every day for 30 days, including:

The lessons are a collection of the best tips, techniques, practices, and mindsets for living a calm life with more ease.

How much does it cost?

Nothing.

I plan to keep developing and adding to this course over time, so it might cost something in the future - but it will always be free for everyone who is here right now as a thank you for your early support.

Is there a time commitment?

The lessons are short and can be read in about 2-5 minutes/day. A few are longer than that.

If you miss a day, no worries - just jump in and keep soaking in the goodness the next day. Each lesson stands alone.
